Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Manual AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company or Page owner, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and manage the connected Facebook Page.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account information. Keep credentials confidential, use appropriate security controls, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Authorized Facebook Pages

You may connect and automate only Facebook Pages and Meta assets that you are authorized to administer. You must follow Meta Platform Terms, Messenger policies, applicable messaging-window rules, and any permissions or consent requirements that apply to your communications.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain responsibility for questions, answers, labels, follow-up messages, and other content configured in the service. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content and Page data solely to operate, secure, and support the service.

4. Responsible automation

You must review automated replies for accuracy, provide lawful notices and consent where required, honor opt-outs, and use safeguards such as manual pause or Closed labels when automation should stop. The service does not replace your legal, compliance, or customer-service judgment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, illegal products or services, infringement, attempts to bypass access controls, or activity that violates Meta policies or applicable law.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, Meta API changes, internet failures, or events outside our control. We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

7. Third-party services

The service interoperates with Meta and may depend on other infrastructure providers. Their services, terms, decisions, outages, and API behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party products or for a Page losing permissions or access.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment where applicable, or conduct that may harm users, the service, or third parties. You may stop using the service and request account or data deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, delivery by Meta, or that configured content is legally sufficient or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing terms and updates

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern these Terms based on the operator’s and user’s relevant jurisdiction. We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
