Request deletion at any time
You can request deletion of account information or data associated with a connected Facebook Page. We verify requests to protect Page owners and Messenger users from unauthorized deletion.
Option 1: Delete your account in the application
- 1Sign in to your Manual AI workspace.
- 2Open Settings, then choose Profile.
- 3Select the account deletion option and complete the confirmation steps.
- 4If deletion is restricted because you manage shared resources, contact the workspace administrator or use Option 2.
Option 2: Submit a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Manual AI Data Deletion Request.” Include only the information needed to identify the data:
- Your account email address, if you have an account.
- The Facebook Page name or Page ID involved.
- The Page-scoped Messenger user ID, if the request concerns a conversation.
- Whether you want specific conversation data, Page data, or the complete account deleted.
Do not send passwords, Page access tokens, app secrets, or other credentials by email.
What happens next
1. Verification
We may verify identity, Page ownership, or authority.
2. Processing
Eligible data is deleted or de-identified from active systems.
3. Confirmation
We confirm completion or explain any lawful retention requirement.
Retention exceptions
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes. Data controlled directly by Meta must be managed through the relevant Facebook or Meta account controls.
